Welcome to Payedia. By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What Payedia Is

Payedia is a personal bill management and cash flow tool. We help you track bills, see when they're due, and understand what you can safely spend. Payedia is not a bank, not a lender, and not a financial advisor.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Payedia.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information.
• Accounts are personal. Couples and partners can use Payedia's shared/couple account features to collaborate — please don't share login credentials with anyone outside those built-in features.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Payedia offers Free, Pro, and Premium plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Waitlist members receive 30 days of Pro free at launch; no card is required to join the waitlist.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Payedia for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
• Access another person's account without permission.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content or data.

5. Bank Connections

When you connect a bank account, you authorize our partner Plaid to share read-only account and transaction data with Payedia. Payedia cannot move money on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time from your settings.

6. No Financial Advice

Insights, forecasts, and "safe-to-spend" numbers in Payedia are informational tools, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Please make important decisions with the help of a qualified professional.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Payedia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Payedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using Payedia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Payedia after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
